Well one week so far using the Contact Us Form on the IELLO website, but still no reply. :(
Mine took about two weeks. Just be patient.
Also be mindful:
1. it's christmas, people in consumer goods are swamped with work right now.
2. it looks like this whole batch had a lot of problems so they may be backlogged getting people fixed up.
